All-Church Picnic: Grace is returning to its annual All-Church Picnic on Labor Day Weekend Sunday (Sept. 5th). The Wiborgs will be hosting it at their home in Milan. Because of limited parking, please consider carpooling.

• Food that will be provided: burgers and hotdogs, drinks, table service and plates, condiments
• What you need to bring: last name beginning A-M brings dessert for six; last name beginning N-Z brings salad to feed six
• What activities will be offered: swimming (the Wiborgs have a wonderful inground pool), volleyball, couple's games, kids' games, croquet, bocce ball, ladder ball, and anything else that can be brought

Attention, Women of Grace: Women's Bible studies, Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, will begin Sept. 7th and 8th. Registration began last Sunday. The study will be "Treasures from Isaiah."

Battin Baby Shower: On Sunday, Sept. 12th, there will be a baby shower for Derek and McKenzie Battin. The shower will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Depot. They are registered at Target. There is a box in the narthex if you wish to contribute toward a group gift. If you have any questions, see Stacy Morley or Lori Oakley.

Sand Volleyball League: We start our season on Sept. 12th. If you have not registered a team, it needs to happen this week. Contact Pastor Dan.

Creation Seminar at Genesis East-Heart Institute: Dr. Georgia Purdom, PhD. in Molecular Genetics, will be speaking Saturday morning, Sept. 18th, at the Adler Education Center of Genesis East. This highly informative, non-technical lecture is open to the public - all are invited! For more information, click here.

An Exciting ABF Event: On September 19th during the ABF hour, Dr. Georgia Purdom will be speaking on "The Legacy of Eve: Hope Amid Despair" in the sanctuary. ABF will NOT be cancelled. However, it is open to anyone who might be interested in attending.
